A：We are a mature steel furniture manufacture; safes are the most essential product for us. We offer our customers with acompetitive price, the products will be shipped directly from our factory to customers.

A：It depends on where your shipping address. FOB order will take 3-4 day to arrive most ports in China. If shipping to door is required, air freight will take 3-8 days, sea freight will take 2-5 weeks.
Q3：Do you provide after-sale service or support？
A：Yes, we definitely will do it. If you have difficulty of understanding the instruction menu, our technical person will help you with setting the password, installing the safe,password resetting, or any other problems you could encounter. We provide lifelong support and after-sale services.
Q4：Do you offer customize LOGO or package?
A：Yes. Our products have a lot features that could be customized, the color, the dimensions, the thickness, the lock type, panel type, handle, inside decorations, brand LOGO, carton and much more, we have been in this field for years, we are capable of making what exactly you want, just let us know.

A：Our MOQ is basically 50 pcs, but different product may not have the same MOQ, therefor please consult us in advance.

Q10: Could I mix the container with several different models?
A:Mixed container is acceptable, subject to our final confirmation, let me know model# and quantity per model first, I will confirm back to you if it's acceptable. We do not offer any discount for the order of mixed container.
Q11: How long does it take to deliver my safes?
A: Normally, we will affect shipment within 45 days after receipt of 30% deposit. Transit time depends on your destination port.
Q12: How do I handle customs?
A: Customs can be handled for you by the local clearing agent for some nominal fees which you have to fix up or else you can do the customs clearing yourself with ease by filling in the suitable forms and paying the necessary inspection charges. For details, please inquire with your local customs office or local import broker.
